Please do not use the "any available" option if you have a gender preference for your therapist or if you are not vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

How to schedule:

• Choose your appointment type, provider, date & time.
• Complete the intake forms, and register an account to save the forms for quicker booking next time.
• Submit! You will receive a confirmation email & reminders before your appointment. Prepayment is always appreciated, but not required. If you have a gift card, please bring it with you.

Before your appointment:

• Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment.
• Masks are optional when community levels are low to medium, and will be required when levels are high. We are happy to mask up upon request!
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancel/reschedule fee.
